In Japanisch bedeutet „Biyori“ (日和) ein perfekter Tag für etwas Besonderes.
Für uns ist es der perfekte Tag, um Matcha zu genießen, Kimono zu tragen oder saisonale Wagashi zu teilen.
Gegründet von Tee-Enthusiasten und Kimono-Liebhabern in Düsseldorf, ist Biyori ein kulturelles Zentrum, das Japan und Europa durch authentische Produkte, Workshops und Veranstaltungen miteinander verbindet.
Wir glauben daran, das Tempo zu verlangsamen, Rituale bewusst zu genießen und eine Gemeinschaft rund um geteilte Erlebnisse aufzubauen.

It was really great to learn about the techniques and tools used to make Nerikiri Wagashi. I loved how the designs are inspired by the changing seasons.🍁Thank you also for offering plenty of green tea throughout the event 🍵😻
The only thing I might have liked would be to learn a bit more about how the basic recipe and measurements are made – but I completely understand that the workshop might have become too long otherwise! So all in all 5/5 experience ✨
